It wasn’t about product launches or performance, it was about burnout, anxiety, and the slow road back to feeling like himself. At the time, the world was still deep in the pandemic. He couldn’t sleep. His energy was gone. And day by day, work felt harder to face. So when he reached out for help, the answer was simple: move your body. 🏃♂️ He did. First short runs to tire himself out. Then 5K, 10K, eventually a half-marathon. 🏅 But it was never really about the distance. It was about showing up. For his mental health. For himself. 💙 “Running taught me discipline, patience, focus, breathing, and most of all, how to handle my mind. It’s not just physical. It’s a mental battle too.” Filipe didn’t share this story for applause. He shared it because someone else might need to hear it.
