Estelle and Xavier opened up about their recent experiences with parental leave.
 Two different stories, but a shared feeling of support when it matters most:

Estelle: “Being back to work was a real mix of emotions and I wondered if I would be able to find my place at work again after this absence. Finally, I am grateful because everything went very well thanks to Solvay’s dispositive, I was expected, but I was given time to find my bearings.”

Xavier: “My manager was so nice about everything, he did more than what he had to do to allow me to resume things peacefully.”
