AdaCore and Internships
Every year, we welcome students for internships at AdaCore. The recruitment process includes an initial HR interview followed by a technical interview with the intern's future mentor. Internships provide valuable hands-on experience, and if successful, we aim to offer permanent positions at their conclusion. In 2025, 6 out of 6 end-of-study interns have been hired as full-time employees.

What makes your company a great place to work for young talents?
Nous offrons un véritable accompagnement à nos stagiaires pendant la durée de leur stage. En effet, nous avons mis en place un plan d'intégration avec des objectifs clairs, l'accompagnement de deux tuteurs techniques et un suivi RH.
Is it possible to progress to a full-time position after an internship or apprenticeship?
Notre objectif, si tout se passe bien avec le stagiaire, est de lui offrir la possibilité de continuer à grandir avec nous. Comme nous sommes une entreprise de taille assez conséquente, nous pouvons offrir un large éventail de possibilités d'évolution de carrière.
Can students and recent graduates work remotely?
Nous n'avons pas de politique de télétravail pour nos stagiaires, car nous préférons qu'ils soient en contact direct avec leur équipe et leurs mentors. Toutefois, nous restons flexibles si besoin.
