  • Is it possible to progress to a full-time position after an internship or apprenticeship?

    We aim to retain talents discsovered during an internship in the company. However, this depends also on availability of a suitable position at time of graduation. If we cannot offer a position right away, there is the option to stay connected for future opportunities by joining our Talent Community!

  • Can students and recent graduates work remotely?

    We do offer hybrid working models where possible. However, if remote working is possible will very much depend on the position you apply for. And we strongly believe that especially in the early stages of your career, you learn the most by being on site, collaborating closely with your collegaues.

  • Do you have any particularly busy recruitment periods throughout the year?

    There is ongoing recruitment throughout the year. However, we usually start recruitment for internships about 3-5 months before the target start date. For the European Graduate Program, we usually have 2 recruitment cycles per year (Sept-Dec: start date 1st Apr // Jan-Apr: start date 1st Oct).
