Discover Exclusive Women@Dior Mentorship Events at the Galerie Dior in Paris
At Dior, we are committed to empowering women.
In France, Mentees & Mentors of the UNESCO & Women@Dior Mentorship & Education program recently gathered for an exclusive event coinciding with the unveiling of a special exhibition at the Galerie Dior in Paris. This exhibition celebrates the collaboration of women in the arts, echoing the value of sisterhood at the heart of Women@Dior.
The morning started with a breakfast at the Galerie Dior Café where Mentees & Mentors were introduced to the winners of the Dream For Change project – a local initiative part of the Women@Dior program, in support of the emancipation of young girls. Girls Tech Power, the Dream For Change 2022 winner and an initiative empowering young women to discover their potential in the tech industry, shared their stories and insights on what it means to be part of this global sisterhood.
Next, a networking moment provided the ideal platform to create connections, share advice, and foster meaningful relationships between fellow Mentees and Mentors. The event culminated with a guided tour of the special exhibition to immerse Mentees & Mentors into the rich heritage of the Maison Dior and its commitment to designing sustainable futures for all.
Kshitija Adhangale, Women@Dior Mentee, shares: ‘This was such an enriching experience with my Mentor and fellow Mentees, where we forged connections, and I expanded my network. The Galerie Dior’s new exhibition was truly captivating, and the specialized guided tour expanded my understanding and deepened my appreciation for the Maison, its heritage, and its values.’
Her Women@Dior Mentor and #DiorTalent, Yasmine Bennani, Financial Controlling, adds: ‘It was an honor to participate in this event as a Mentor. Being surrounded by such brilliant and committed women was beyond inspiring. Hearing last year’s Dream For Change winners sharing their experience was so motivating, and sharing this moment with my Mentee, @Kshitija, on the occasion of the Galerie Dior’s special exhibition, was truly memorable.’
