In Lyon, during the final stop of the You & ME Tour by Les Métiers d’Excellence LVMH, the House of Dreams welcomed more than 1,550 aspiring young Talents eager to explore career opportunities in creation, craftsmanship, and client experience at Christian Dior Couture.   The You & ME Tour unites emerging Talents from diverse backgrounds to transmit, celebrate, and preserve the exceptional expertise of the LVMH Group, reflecting the Group’s commitment to fostering regional artisanal talent through partnerships with local institutions. At the Dior stand, craftsmen from the Haute Couture Tailleur and Flou Ateliers showcased their unique savoir-faire, while hashtag#DiorTalents from the FG Manufacture and Oteline workshops enriched the experience with interactive jewelry demonstrations focused on polishing and gem-setting. Stopping in 5 French cities – Paris, Orléans, Clichy-sous-Bois, Reims, and Lyon - the LVMH You & ME tour welcomed a record 7,700+ visitors, presenting 280 highly-skilled métiers from couturier and leather artisan to sales advisor, underscoring the tremendous appeal of the Group’s Métiers d’Excellence.     Join the Women@Dior Mentees in the Celebration of Gender Equality and Women’s Empowerment

    At Dior, we are committed to empowering women. On March 28, Christian Dior Couture and UNESCO presented the Women@Dior & UNESCO 2024 Global Conference in celebration of gender equality and women’s empowerment, core values of the mentorship and education program. Uniting over 500 participants, the conference sparked moments of sisterhood, connections, and networking opportunities. Mentees and Mentors alike came together to share their experiences, insights, aspirations, and empower one another. The Women@Dior program, in partnership with UNESCO, is a unique occasion to learn what is not taught: self-confidence and to dare for your career destiny. The participants are selected from various business, engineering, art and fashion schools spanning across 60 different countries such as France, China, Nigeria, Kenya, Costa Rica, Brazil, Iran and Bangladesh just to name a few.     Discover the Retail Leadership Development Program ‘Great to Greater’ in the House of Dreams

    At Dior, we empower our people to grow and be their best. The House of Dior was delighted to launch ‘Great to Greater,’ a unique retail leadership development program in the Americas aimed at nurturing Assistant Boutique Managers into future Boutique Managers. Through a structured 12-month experience, cohort participants follow a curriculum of leadership and functional trainings to expand their partnerships, knowledge, and develop a holistic, 360° understanding of the intricacies involved in leading a Dior Boutique. This comprehensive program culminated with a Program Graduation event where participants had the opportunity to finalize their learnings, engage with Senior Leaders and Boutique Directors, and gain valuable insights into the present and future of Retail with Valérie von Ferstel, Global Retail Talent Development Director at LVMH. Nina Zukanovic Gerlach, Executive Vice President, Retail & Wholesale North America, shares: ‘It was an honor to participate in this program that develops our talents and promotes their growth and evolution within Dior. This program has helped develop their leadership skills and has given them the tools and the confidence to be able to take on the role of a Boutique Manager.     Discover the #DreamInDior Experience in the Management & Leadership program

    At Dior, we value and empower our teams to thrive. Managers and leaders of the House of Dior recently united for a tailored Management & Leadership program, aimed at empowering the growth of our teams. This initiative fosters the evolution of our managerial culture, deeply rooted in Dior's core values. Tailored to various management levels, each program offers a blended learning experience spanning several months, integrating training courses, e-learning, and personalized coaching, either individually or in groups.   ‘The ‘Leading the Future’ training program is a real step in the managerial adventure, providing real keys to understanding the manager's position. The 360° feedback enables us to step back from our role as manager in a benevolent way, and to draw many lessons from it. It's a meaningful exercise that should be more widespread. This experience gave me a real time to breathe and recuperate, which I put to good use in exchanges with my team. We created a real think-tank that continues monthly beyond the training program,’ shares Barbara Vautrey, Head of Marketing and Client Development.   Claire Lirochon, International Sales Administration Manager Blois, adds: ‘I really appreciated the ‘Leading the Future’ training program, which enabled me to share experiences with other managers, take a step back in my day-to-day work and leadership role, and enrich my knowledge through theory and practical case studies. The co-coaching workshops that follow the training are real moments of collaborative and creative exchange to help us in complex situations thanks to everyone's rich experiences.’ Finally, Valérie Mulattieri, Dior Héritage Preventive Conservation Manager, shares: ‘The ‘Team Leader’ training program, led by an experienced coach, perfectly combines theory and practice, with exercises and role-playing that leave a lasting impression. It provides effective tools that bore immediate fruit. After an MBTI test and 360° feedback, co-coaching sessions with the other participants extended this experience, which increased my confidence in my management methods.’ #DreamInDior

    Discover the Dream for Change Projects of Women@Dior & UNESCO Mentorship and Education Program

    At Dior, we are committed to empowering women. On March 28, 2024, Christian Dior Couture and UNESCO, in a 5th consecutive year of a special partnership, presented the Women@Dior & UNESCO 2024 Global Conference, held at the UNESCO headquarters in Paris. Five young Mentees came from around the globe to pitch their #DreamForChange projects, dedicated to valuing and empowering young girls in their local communities.   This year’s exceptional jury was chaired by #MariaGraziaChiuri (Creative Director of Women’s Haute Couture, Ready-to-Wear and Accessories Collections, Dior) and included Olivier Sastre (Deputy Managing Director in charge of Human Resources and Sustainability, Dior), #MinJeongKim (Director of Division for Education 2030, UNESCO), Vanessa Moungar (Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer, LVMH Group), #LeymahGbowee (Noble Peace Prize Laureate, Peace Activist, and Women’s Rights Advocate), Francesca Ragazzi (Head of Editorial Content, Vogue Italia), David Elfassy (Women’s Ready-to-Wear Department Manager & Women@Dior Mentor), and Cwenga Koyana (2022 Dream for Change Winner, Co-Founder of Talitha Together). This year's Dream For Change projects showcased a diverse array of initiatives, including: - #BeNeutral_KR, an initiative that aims to inspire young women in South Korea to develop a healthier, more sustainable body image, represented by Soun Lee - The Étoile Foundation, a women’s health program dedicated to improving the health literacy rates and access to hygiene products for young women in the Ivory Coast, represented by Anaïs Chambrier - Project Meraki, an incubator program for socio- economically disadvantaged Indian women artisans to grow their handicraft businesses sustainably, represented by Neha Jain - sHEART Foundation, a support system of young women artists dedicated to dismantling the systemic gender imbalances pervading the art world in France and Japan, represented by Laetitia Bonhomme - She Guardian a support network designed to tackle daily safety issues to reduce the vulnerability of young women in France, represented by Liz Bohner  #WomenAtDior #DreamInDior
