On the occasion of LVMH’s Voices of Inclusion Week, Christian Dior Couture proudly reaffirms its commitment to designing responsible futures through a dynamic CSR vision, structured around five key pillars, each designed to transmit our unique savoir-faire to empower all. Explore our pillars below:
Empower Women: Through the Women@Dior & UNESCO Mentorship & Education program, over 2,000 young women worldwide have been supported and guided by #DiorTalents to drive gender equality globally, amongst other key partnerships.
Promote Craftsmanship & Cultural Heritage Everywhere: Dior is dedicated to preserving and celebrating artisanal craftsmanship and cultural heritage. Global partnerships with UNESCO, LVMH Institut des Métiers d’Excellence, and Comité Colbert’s ‘Les De(ux) Mains du Luxe’ embody our commitment to honoring the artistry and tradition that are at the heart of luxury.
Include & Commit to Solidarity: Dior is committed to creating a workplace where every individual feels valued and supported. With initiatives such as the Disabilities Inclusion Policy, the Dior Open Days, and the ‘What is Pride?’ modular learning series designed for all LVMH Talents, Dior aims to create a culture of solidarity and mutual respect across the Maison.
Improve Quality of Life at Work: Prioritizing the well-being of our Talents is essential to the House’s missions, Dior cultivates a supportive work environment with programs such as ‘Dior Entre'Aide,’ a comprehensive Parental Policy, and unique wellness services including massages by visually impaired professionals.
