What does #DreamInDior mean for you?

#DreamInDior represents my dreams and personal growth. It shows my desire to be the best and keep coming up with new and beautiful things. It's a chance to be a part of something that lasts a long time. It's not just about fashion; it's about being a part of a journey where we always try new things.

What amazes you the most in your work?

I'm really amazed by how we use data to make decisions in my job as a Performance Marketing intern. It's interesting to see how looking at data and aiming our efforts in the right direction can make a big difference for our brand. Using data to make our campaigns better and seeing good results is what keeps me excited about my job.

How does Dior help you grow on a daily basis?

Dior helps me grow by creating an environment where we can be creative and do things perfectly. The long history and focus on being creative inspire me every day. Dior is a place where I can become a better person, both personally and professionally. I'm surrounded by people who care about doing their best, just like me. Dior's history, focus on new ideas, and freedom to be creative keep me motivated.

Who do you rely on when you face challenges and why?

I depend on my team at Dior, especially my supportive manager Myriam Diallo and my talented colleagues who share my passion. They're dedicated and skilled, and we work together to overcome challenges. My manager gives me great advice and support. My team members have the same passion, and we help each other with our skills and friendship.

What did you learn from these challenges?

Facing challenges at Dior has taught me to be tough and adaptable. I've learned that we grow the most when we overcome problems. I've also learned how important it is to work together as a team. These lessons are helping me become better.

How do you or your team celebrate success & milestones?

When we achieve something at Dior, we do it as a team. We celebrate our hard work and dedication together. We have special events that make our bond stronger, and they show how committed we are to doing our best. Success at Dior is not just about one person; it's about all of us working together.
