Meet Jessica Porta and Eleonora Pozzoli, respectively Senior Director Client Services Center and Senior Project Manager at Christian Dior Couture, and discover the behind-the-scenes of their #DreamInDior experiences as they unveil the richness of their métiers in New Jersey and New York City, USA.

When asked ‘How does Dior help you grow on a daily basis?’ Jessica shares: ‘By being surrounded by people who are curious, intelligent, patient, passionate, and genuinely lovely people who I learn from every day. As a leader, it's my responsibility to foster a supportive environment that encourages feedback and empowers my team members to have a voice and influence our collective goals. Together, we gather feedback and insights that fuel our commitment to enhancing the Client experience at every touchpoint.’

Eleonora adds: ‘What amazes me the most in my work is simply having the possibility to be part of the #DreamInDior experience. Dior helps us to connect with people from a diversity of backgrounds and expertise. For example, having communities such as the US Sustainability Taskforce allows me to develop a new set of skills. Making sure that the decisions we take allow for the #DreamInDior experience to come alive for everyone is very important to me. I feel this is the principal mission of my work, outside of the success of each individual project.’
