What does #DreamInDior mean for you?
To me #DreamInDior refers to the phrase "Yesterday shapes tomorrow", so it's a blend of Christian Dior's historic values of expertise, excellence, and elegance, with rigour in the service of novelty, creativity and uniqueness.
What amazes you the most in your work?
As a Human Resources assistant in the personnel administration department, I'm amazed at how well relationships between staff run. The variety of tasks, both administrative and legal, provides stimulating challenges every day!
How does Dior help you grow on a daily basis?
Currently on an apprenticeship, working at the House of Dreams has enabled me to acquire the rigour I need for my future professional life. Dior is the ideal environment in which to develop on a daily basis, in terms of my knowledge, the company codes, the quality of my work, teamwork, etc.
Who do you rely on when you face challenges and why?
My first point of reference is Farah Madi, my manager, who is a wealth of knowledge and advice. I'm delighted to work alongside her because she's a real role model! I can also count on the rest of my team - Inna Traoré, Alison Libbrecht, Cindy Neto, Nadia Taileb, Manuella Martinière and Laure Henric - each of whom is always on hand to support me in my work. Finally, I'm lucky enough to be able to work with Olga Manresa and David Morin, two of the company's experts, who are very attentive and helpful.
What did you learn from these challenges?
The challenges of social relations help me to gain self-confidence in the professional environment, and I've been able to improve my critical thinking and analytical skills, as well as the quality of my expression.
How do you or your team celebrate success & milestones?
I'm lucky to have been part of a close-knit and highly communicative team, where successes are celebrated on a daily basis in our exchanges and our unfailing goodwill.
