On the occasion of LVMH’s Voices of Inclusion Week, Christian Dior Couture is proud to shed light on some of our initiatives in favor of Diversity & Inclusion.
The House of Dreams is proud to have the Dior Open Day initiative awarded by LVMH for the Inclusion Index Award at the Voices Of Inclusion Week celebration. When receiving this honor at the Fondation Louis Vuitton, Charles Delapalme, Managing Director, reminded us of Monsieur Dior’s vision that started it all, and which we continue to uphold today: ‘As Monsieur Dior said, 'It is necessary to leave to each hand the freedom of its personal expression because I want to respect the happiness of chance.'’

Semih shares: ‘I am very grateful for the Dior Open Day initiative. Since joining Dior, I've been fascinated by the Clients I meet from different cultures and backgrounds. It opens my mind to everyone's unique traditions, customs, and perspectives. I remain convinced that we are enriched by the people we meet. I'm fortunate to be well surrounded: by my mentor, Danni Li, who pushes me to excel, and by my managers who build my self-confidence.’
