At Dior, we value and empower our teams to thrive.

Managers and leaders of the House of Dior recently united for a tailored Management & Leadership program, aimed at empowering the growth of our teams.



This initiative fosters the evolution of our managerial culture, deeply rooted in Dior's core values. Tailored to various management levels, each program offers a blended learning experience spanning several months, integrating training courses, e-learning, and personalized coaching, either individually or in groups.


 
‘The ‘Leading the Future’ training program is a real step in the managerial adventure, providing real keys to understanding the manager's position. The 360° feedback enables us to step back from our role as manager in a benevolent way, and to draw many lessons from it. It's a meaningful exercise that should be more widespread. This experience gave me a real time to breathe and recuperate, which I put to good use in exchanges with my team. We created a real think-tank that continues monthly beyond the training program,’ shares Barbara Vautrey, Head of Marketing and Client Development.

It provides effective tools that bore immediate fruit. After an MBTI test and 360° feedback, co-coaching sessions with the other participants extended this experience, which increased my confidence in my management methods.’
