What does DreamInDior mean for you?

For me, DreamInDior means to belong to a community that empowers and encourages you to bring the best version of yourself. It is a unique opportunity to keep nourishing your passion alongside the values of a House that embodies creativity; craftmanship and excellence at all levels.

What amazes you the most in your work?

What amazes me the most about working in Dior is the fantastic and brilliant people who belong to its different teams. Throughout this enriching experience they have transmitted to me their huge passion and dedication, as well as their commitment to excellence.

During these past months in Merchandising, we worked on product assortment, making sure to have a tailored selection in every stores. Witnessing what is behind each collection launch and the impact of the team’s work has been incredibly rewarding.

How does Dior help you grow on a daily basis?

Being part of Dior has been an enthralling experience that has allowed me to grow both personally and professionally. Joining The House of Dreams has not only given me the chance to acquire knowledge of the industry on a daily basis, but it has also layered a strong foundation of values on a personal level too. Resilience, hard-work and passion for what you do are key elements for a successful career that I have definitely envisioned inside the House.

Who do you rely on when you face challenges and why? 

Meeting high expectations in a demanding reality is challenging at times, but Anna Acampora, Thida Phommala and Aissa Doumbouya ‘s strong team spirit and willingness to share their knowledge really made of this a continuous learning and supportive journey.

Furthermore, the great community of Dior interns has also played a major role when facing challenging moments in your day-to-day life at Dior. The fact that we all face similar situations in our daily routine helps you to build strong relationships with all the newcomers, which is an incredible opportunity to meet such a talented network of luxury young talents.

What did you learn from these challenges?

From all the challenges faced during my experience at Dior I learned to value the power of teamwork, also realizing the importance of nourishing your passion with attitude and orientation to excellence. My time at the House of Dreams also helped me acquiring self-confidence. It has motivated me to keep pursuing my personal and professional goals with perseverance and commitment - never forgetting the attention to details.

How do you or your team celebrate success & milestones?

Success, special dates, anniversaries or launches; they have all been the perfect excuse to celebrate with the team.

All the new joiners we had the chance to join the Dioriviera Summer Party, also enjoying the DreamInDior day.

The opportunity to spend time with the team and all the Dior community- inside and outside the office, really makes you feel part of this dream since the very first day.
