What amazes you the most in your work?
What amazes me in my role as a PR coordinator is the breadth of diversity in Dior interpretations, whether it be through shoots, influencer collaborations, or VIP engagements. Each outlet presents a unique opportunity to celebrate Dior’s diversity and foster connections. Having transitioned from working in the Parisian headquarters to the vibrant Middle East market, I have witnessed firsthand how Dior's vision transcends geographical boundaries and resonates with audiences across the globe. It's this dynamic interplay between creativity, culture, and vision that continually fuels my interest in PR and reinforces the enduring allure of Dior on a global scale.
How does Dior help you grow on a daily basis?
Dior fuels my daily growth by offering an environment ripe with opportunities for personal and professional development. The brand's commitment to excellence serves as a constant source of self-improvement, propelling me to push my boundaries and strive for greatness in every task I undertake. Through diverse projects and growing responsibilities, I continuously hone my skills and expand my knowledge within the fashion industry. Each day at Dior presents new challenges that I eagerly embrace as opportunities to learn and grow, contributing to my ongoing evolution within my career.
Who do you rely on when you face challenges and why?
When facing difficulties or demanding situations, I rely on the support of my team, leveraging their expertise in specific areas to overcome obstacles effectively. I deeply appreciate Linda's patience and wealth of experience, Gaelle's bubbly personality and light spirit, Zahiya's trust, and Sandra's kindness and consideration. Their unique qualities contribute to maintaining a positive atmosphere even during challenging moments. Working collaboratively, we navigate complexities with a shared commitment to achieving success, reflecting the strength of teamwork within our organization.
