What does #DreamInDior mean for you?
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist Assistant, for me #DreamInDior is about being an ambassador of values that encourage others to pursue their dreams with passion and dedication. With a background in business development in the public sector and tech, my team understood my desire to move to HR for my end-of-study internship. It sends the message that dreaming in Dior is possible wherever you come from.
What amazes you the most in your work?
One of the most rewarding aspects of my role is the discovery of exceptional talent and managers. On the one hand I have the chance to act as a business partner for teams in several departments. It offers me an extraordinary overview of all the métiers. On the other hand, I meet candidates daily with diverse backgrounds. Bringing in and developing talents who will shape Dior’s future is a real source of joy.
How does Dior help you grow on a daily basis?
With a high volume of recruitment, I learn everyday how to organize, prioritize, collaborate and communicate with managers & candidates. I strive to offer the best possible candidate experience while developing my analytical mind to find the best talents for the teams. I also have access to seminars, or courses that help me develop specific competencies relevant to my role.
Who do you rely on when you face challenges and why?
My manager, Valentin offered exceptional guidance all the way through my experience. Since the beginning he has been training me on all the aspects of the recruiting process. Moreover, my internship would not have been the same without the Global Talent Team composed of Meghane, Conor, Adriana, Jeanne, and Marie. More the having welcomed me warmly, they supported me whenever I had questions or challenges. We also shared great moments of team building.
