What does #DreamInDior mean for you?
#DreaminDior simply means to me that the Dior’s house is not a simple job. Dior is an institution that has captivated me since childhood. #DreaminDior means intertwining my passion with my professional world. Joining the House of Dior is truly meaningful to me, and I am grateful for it every day.
What amazes you the most in your work?
As Assistant Celebrity Relations Dior Men's, I love the fusion of fashion with human connection. My duties involve interacting with celebrities as well as with the workshop, studio, stores and communication’s team. Each sector and the people within them are fascinating, contributing to the radiance of the Dior’s House.
How does Dior help you grow on a daily basis?
The department within which I work in the house operates as a virtuous circle; everyone is inspiring and motivates us to exceed ourselves. Rigor and perfectionism are pivotal aspects that continually transform me on a daily basis. Organization is also imperative for the tasks I undertake as the schedule can often be quite demanding and it’s important for my daily life. Additionally, I would like to emphasize that learning the intricate workings of the Dior house is personally enriching.
Who do you rely on when you face challenges and why?
Morgan De Steur is my internship supervisor. He has extensive knowledge of the house and his tasks. I rely on him, and it's exciting to take on challenges alongside him. I must also mention Sandrine Serre, Sam Maouchi, Joséphine Marquardt and the entire press and VIP team, who are highly responsive for any request.
