Discover the Retail Leadership Development Program ‘Great to Greater’ in the House of Dreams

The House of Dior was delighted to launch ‘Great to Greater,’ a unique retail leadership development program in the Americas aimed at nurturing Assistant Boutique Managers into future Boutique Managers. Through a structured 12-month experience, cohort participants follow a curriculum of leadership and functional trainings to expand their partnerships, knowledge, and develop a holistic, 360° understanding of the intricacies involved in leading a Dior Boutique.
This comprehensive program culminated with a Program Graduation event where participants had the opportunity to finalize their learnings, engage with Senior Leaders and Boutique Directors, and gain valuable insights into the present and future of Retail with Valérie von Ferstel, Global Retail Talent Development Director at LVMH.
