What does DreamInDior mean for you?

DreamInDior symbolized a transformative journey where I’ve discovered that my voice matters, and my contributions are valued at every level. It’s about gaining confidence, being part of a community that shares Dior’s excellence and creativity and turning my experience into a dream come true. It also reflects my commitment to achieving my professional dream with a touch of elegance and innovation at the Dior Academy.

What amazes you the most in your work?

What amazes me the most about my work is the collaboration with various Dior universes and trainers globally. The impact of my contribution to enhancing the seller training process on a global scale is truly impressive.

How does Dior help you grow on a daily basis?

Dior supports my daily growth by fostering an environment where my opinions and ideas are valued, providing opportunities for learning and development, and encourage me to be part of a community that shares in the excellence, heritage and creativity that define Dior. This constant support empowers me to grow both personally and professionally.

Who do you rely on when you face challenges and why? 

When I face challenges, I rely on my manager Yingqi at Dior. She is a source of guidance and support due to her experience in the training field and knowledge of the House. She provides valuable insights, mentorship, and a sense of direction, which greatly assists in overcoming obstacles and making informed decisions.

What did you learn from these challenges?

Challenges provide valuable learning experiences. They teach me resilience, problem-solving, adaptability and the importance of perseverance. Each challenge presents an opportunity to gain new skills, knowledge, and a deeper understanding of both the task at hand and me, ultimately contributing to personal and professional growth.

How do you or your team celebrate success & milestones?

In my team, we celebrate success and milestone by acknowledging and appreciating everyone contributions. We have team meetings and gatherings to recognize achievements, share experiences and express gratitude. This allows us to commemorate our accomplishments and boost team morale at the Dior Academy.
