After the success of the second edition in 2023, we are delighted to announce the long-awaited return of the #YouAndMeTour.
This year, more than 3,500 job and training opportunities await you in the fields of Creation, Craftsmanship, and Customer Experience within the Houses of the LVMH Group. Under the patronage of Tony Parker and in the presence of personalities such as the French Minister for Gender Equality, Diversity, and Equal Opportunities Aurore Bergé, Chantal Gaemperle, LVMH Group Executive Vice President Human Resources and Synergies, ambassador of the tour Tony Parker, and Ouissem Belgacem, representing the Fondation Le Refuge, the You&Me Tour aims to highlight LVMH's Métiers d’Excellence and to bring together new talents from diverse backgrounds to pass on, celebrate, and preserve the exceptional expertise of the LVMH Group.
The first leg of the You&Me Tour 2024 took place on January 31st at the Carreau du Temple in Paris. As Parfums Christian Dior, we had the opportunity to showcase our expertise in customer experience and creation by hosting a stand led by Cindy Bled, our CSR Projects Manager, Pauline De Luca, HR Officer, Hugo Carmes, CSR Coordinator and Marjorie Garcia, International Head of Retail and Training at Dior Spa, who was honored with the title of Virtuose 2023 in the Creation category.
They were able to passionately share their know-how and experience to inspire new generations.
