A COLLABORATION BETWEEN PARFUMS CHRISTIAN DIOR AND HEC PARIS ON MENTAL WELLNESS IN BEAUTY

At Parfums Christian Dior, as the leader in luxury fashion beauty, nurturing the next generation of talents is one of our key engagements.

Last week, students from the HEC Master in Marketing led by Gachoucha Kretz, PhD visited our headquarters for an exclusive presentation on the results of their hackathon on Mental Wellness in Beauty, initiated by Sadie Nachtigal from the Employer Brand & Early Career Professionals Team and Sophie MARTIN-TEILLARD, from the Consumer & Market Insights team.

As part of the course entitled “Future of Consumer Insights,” created by Anne Calot and Guilhem Fouetillou, students explored topics including how Gen Z is challenging the stigma around mental health, how mental wellness is evolving on social media, and the impact of wellness on the future of beauty. Students presented their work to a jury composed of both members from HEC and Parfums Christian Dior. The presentations were followed by an awards ceremony and a celebratory cocktail.

On behalf of the Maison, we would like to thank HEC Paris for this experience which allowed our teams to share their expertise and engage with the next generation of future leaders. Congratulations to all the students who took part in the challenge, bringing inspiring ideas and fresh eyes to the topic of Mental Wellness in Beauty.
