Our office turned younger on Tuesday! 👨🎓✨
We had the pleasure of welcoming 50 students from the Louvain School of Management (UCLouvain - Université catholique de Louvain) for a half-day inside our Cream office.
They started the afternoon with speed-dating sessions alongside our Tribes:
Data with Eglantine and Dylan
Project Management with Christophe and Capucine
Analysis with Guillaume and Daniel
A great opportunity to discover our roles, expertise and real project experiences.
The group then split between two workshops:
🔁 Agile methodology, led by Cissé and Chloé, to explore how we foster flexibility and collaboration in our daily work.
⏱️ Time Management, where Marie Aimée and Julie shared practical tools to deliver 120% within 100% of the time.
