It all starts with the Welcome Days, during which the new joiners immerse themselves in work and life at Deloitte. A warm welcome awaits you as you enter Gateway on your first day as a member of the rapidly growing community of enthusiastic Deloitte professionals.
The day commences with a welcome from the leadership followed by a deep-dive into Deloitte’s commitment to the growth and wellbeing of its people. You also learn how to live the company’s purpose, which is to make an impact that matters.
Getting to know your business unit is next as the focus shifts to Tax and Legal, Financial Advisory, Consulting, Risk Advisory, Accountancy, or Audit & Assurance. Given Deloitte’s ambitious sustainability targets, the Mobility@Deloitte programme, which enables you to make the most sustainable choice for your commute, is also an important part of the programme.
The day wraps up with insights into working at Deloitte and an introduction from IT, providing all the practical information and the tools to get started!
