“Hi! I am Mithisha, an Executive in ACG DIS. I support our Luxembourg team by working in the KIID Assembly Team. I was the first to join the KID Team in Mauritius and so far, I learnt and gained a lot of experience in the KID production. I was born and raised in Mauritius, and I joined Deloitte in March 2025 just after graduating university. I wanted a space where I can deepen my knowledge in fund reporting and to work with a global, collaborative team and the ACG DIS felt like the perfect fit. This past year, I worked with various colleagues in Luxembourg, and this helped into horning my communication skills, and to understand further the product reporting world while also managing clients.”

What do you prefer in your activity at Deloitte? 

“I really enjoy the collaboration and rigor that come with product reporting. Working in the KID Assembly Team has made me more independent, and because this work is client-facing, I’m especially motivated by the chance to interact with clients, build rapport, and contribute to them with the best of my abilities.”

How does Deloitte help you grow/develop yourself? 

“Deloitte has given me meaningful opportunities to prove myself and to work independently. My pool leader has provided strong support, which has been essential for my learning and growth.

I have been exposed to various types of formal training that have deepened my knowledge of product reporting, as well as real-world experience with clients across the globe. Working under tight deadlines, with the help of colleagues in both Mauritius and Luxembourg, has shown me how Deloitte promotes a strong culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing.

While I continue to learn from my seniors, I am also strengthening my own technical skills and looking for ways to contribute more through innovation and support to the team and to our clients.”

What do you usually do outside of working hours?

“Outside of work, I focus on spending quality time with my family and friends. I enjoy exploring the beautiful beaches and nature parks in Mauritius, especially swimming, hiking, and taking in the island’s stunning scenery. I also enjoy playing football and volleyball, as well as going on walks with my dogs. In my family, we share the belief that no matter how busy or stressful life becomes, a dip in the blue water takes it all away. Embracing this mindset, I spend much of my free time at the beach, often relaxing and sipping on fresh coconut water.”
