1️⃣ To determine the ranking, 300,000 employees across 16 European countries were independently surveyed, ensuring full anonymity so they could openly share their opinions. Employees where asked how they perceive diversity efforts at their own and other employers.

2️⃣ The surveys accounted for 70% of the final score, with the remaining 30% is based on external diversity indicators such as the share of women in management positions and inclusion initiatives.
