From the office: Our collaborators come to the office with the purpose of maintaining our culture, connect with their teammates. The office is the perfect place to innovate, learn together and coach or be coached. Our Team Blue can also work at the French (Belval) and Belgium (Windhof) border (soon to arrive at the German border) which enables them to reduce the time between home and the office. More than everywhere else, in the office we are a team. #TeamBlue
At the client: working from client’s office enables building a trustworthy relationship, be closer to him and thus address his needs accordingly. In his office, it’s easier to co-create the most efficient solution possible to his requests.
At home: our collaborators can work from home, accordingly to the legislation, which enables them to focus on deliverables, manage freely their operations and develop themselves.
