It's entirely possible! In 2023, we recruited over 50% of the students who completed their internships or work-study programs with us, either on fixed-term or permanent contracts. There's a real desire to retain the best performers and identify potential candidates.

Can students and recent graduates work remotely?

Ledger's work culture is a hybrid of remote and in-office work. Like all company employees, interns and work-study students are required to come to the office at least two days a week. They therefore have the option to work remotely the rest of the time.

Do you have any particularly busy recruitment periods throughout the year?

We mainly recruit at two times a year: in the spring for end-of-study internships, and at the start of the school year for work-study programs. We adapt to the traditional operating rhythm of schools and universities.
