We are recruiting for the following teams:
Sales: acquiring, establishing and maintaining long-term partnerships with our customers
Community: attract and retain our community of freelancers
Marketing: in charge of branding and positioning
Human Resources: ensures that Malt has the people it needs to grow and that these people are in the best conditions to improve the company's performance
Finance: provides visibility into Malt's budgets and financial performance
Operations: helps sales teams to be more efficient by giving them the best processes, tools and analyzing their performance
We are also looking for profiles to help Malt grow in Germany, Belgium, Spain and the Netherlands.
