Is it possible to progress to a full-time position after an internship or apprenticeship?
Yes, around 50% of Malt's interns and apprentices go on to permanent contracts! It's just as possible to continue in your current position, as it is to consider internal mobility and join another team.
Can students and recent graduates work remotely?
Yes, you can work remotely 2 days a week.
Do you have any particularly busy recruitment periods throughout the year?
We mainly recruit interns for start-up dates in January and July. For work-study students, we mainly start in September.
What languages do I need to speak for an internship at Malt?
Most of our internships require you to speak French, especially for positions in direct contact with French customers or freelancers. But we also offer internships in English, mainly for marketing and communications positions.
How does onboarding work at Malt?
All new arrivals begin their adventure with 3 days of onboarding to learn more about the company! On the program: meeting with managers, introduction to the various Malt departments, product discovery workshop, photoshoot, welcome afterwork.
