METRO Potentials - Induction Week
Induction is one of the most important stages of the employee experience. Don't you agree? Well, we certainly do!
Recently, 14 trainees from 11 different METRO/MAKRO countries, who are participating in our METRO Potentials Programme, met for their induction week on METRO Campus in Düsseldorf. The main goal? To ignite their passion for #OneMETRO.
Besides touring our headquarters, our Potentials had the opportunity to get to know our METRO store. On top of that, they also were warmly welcomed by our CPCO, Christiane Giesen making use of a great opportunity to exchange ideas with her over lunch. Naturally, a cooking session at our METROrante was not to be missed.
In the end, it was all about practical teamwork and an authentic METRO experience.
