What does #DreamInDior mean for you?
The #DreamInDior represents for me the opportunity to pursue my dreams while immersing myself in Dior's luxurious fashion world in Dubai. As a training intern, it embodies the ambition to become a fashion professional inspired by Dior's creativity and elegance, while aiming for excellence in my future career. #DreamInDior celebrates the pursuit of art and elegance in the fashion world.
What amazes you the most in your work?
What amazes me the most in my work at Dior is the exceptional team, the wonderful people, the great work atmosphere, the beautiful office spaces, the mission of imparting Dior's knowledge through training, the opportunity to contribute to the expression of French culture and Dior's heritage abroad, and the close interaction with the sales team, witnessing their growth and development.
How does Dior help you grow on a daily basis?
Dior's commitment to excellence and attention to detail empowers me to make informed decisions in my role. Interactions with a diverse team enhance my skills, and the brand's training programs contribute to my professional and personal development. Exposure to Dior's culture and heritage deepens my appreciation for French artistry. Working closely with the sales team motivates me to push my boundaries, providing the confidence to make proactive decisions and achieve new heights in my role. This collective experience at Dior fuels my continuous growth and decision-making capabilities.
What was the most challenging aspect of your experience and what did you learn from it?
The main challenge of my experience was to adapt to a new working environment in Dubai, which was unfamiliar to me. However, I managed to integrate quickly into the team and now feel at ease in this new dynamic. I learned the importance of adaptability and effective communication to succeed in this demanding environment.

When I come across challenges during my experience, I turn to Carine ABOUHATEM, my mentor and Field Coach Trainer, as well as the training team. Carine provides me with her expertise and guidance as my mentor, while the training team offers ideas and solutions to help me successfully navigate the challenges. They are valuable sources of support that assist me in succeeding in my role.
How do you / How does your team celebrate success & milestones?
My team and I celebrate our successes and milestones by organizing team dinners at restaurants and sharing cakes for birthdays. These social gatherings strengthen our bond and allow us to celebrate our achievements together.
