Discover the #DreamInDior experience with Camille Dumas
Meet Camille Dumas, a Europe Retail Performance Assistant at Christian Dior Couture, and discover the behind-the-scenes of her #DreamInDior experience. What does #DreamInDior mean for you? #DreamInDior represents, to me, excellence in boldness and boldness in excellence: that unique ability to push boundaries while staying within the framework of luxury fashion's codes and expectations. It's the idea of dreaming big, daring to create, and elevating every detail with absolute precision. What amazes you the most in your work? What fascinates and motivates me most in my work is the ability to see the direct and meaningful impact we have on the in-store experience. Through close collaboration with our markets and boutiques, we’re not just making strategic decisions from a distance; we’re actively shaping how the brand is lived and felt on the ground. It's incredibly rewarding to witness how the ideas and initiatives we implement translate into real, visible improvements, both for our teams and for our clients. How does Dior help you grow on a daily basis? Dior helps me grow every day through hands-on learning and meaningful experiences. Mastering the tools we use daily has been incredibly formative, giving me a solid foundation and sharpening key skills I’ll carry forward. I’m also inspired by the people I meet, many have been with the House for years and still speak with passion and wonder about its evolution. Their energy and dedication are truly motivating. Finally, working at Dior means discovering exceptional places, from stunning boutiques to iconic event locations. These experiences deepen my appreciation of the brand’s legacy and constantly renew my sense of inspiration. Who do you rely on when you face challenges and why? For everything related to retail performance and KPIs, I turn to Juliette Boinay (Europe Retail Performance Project Manager). She was the one who initially trained me on these subjects, and she remains my go-to whenever I need clarity or an outside perspective on my work. Her guidance helps me stay grounded and precise. When it comes to giving meaning to the numbers we analyze, I rely on the manager of the department Sarah Madar (Responsable Retail Performance Europe). She has a great ability to explain how the data we work on will be presented, interpreted, and used to drive decisions. Her strategic mindset helps me see the bigger picture and better understand the impact of our work. Lastly, when I wear my retail communication hat, I count on Benjamyn Bigot-Petruzzi (Europe Retail Performance Project Manager). He's a true expert in retail comm, he always knows how to craft a message, highlight the right information, and make it visible and engaging. He’s also incredibly generous with his knowledge and constantly helps me improve my skills with our tools and channels. I also enjoy working in this team alongside Alexandre Gauvin, Retail Performance Apprentice that joined us in September who I get to introduce to some of our tools and missions. Each of them plays a key role in my growth and supports me in a different but complementary way. The new recruitment campaign to join the House of Dior as an intern or apprentice is open.
