What does #DreamInDior mean for you? #DreamInDior means being part of something that goes beyond me or anyone else, something constantly evolving and pushing the boundaries of creativity and luxury. For me, it’s about bringing my passion and skills to a brand that’s not just iconic but also forward-thinking. What amazes you the most in your work?  What amazes me the most is how everything comes together at Dior. The attention to detail, from all my peers is remarkable. The dedication, time and rigor they put into everything they do never cease to impress me. How does Dior help you grow on a daily basis? Every day at Dior is a day where I am challenged in the best way possible. Whether it’s through new tasks, missions, or working with different people, the environment is incredibly stimulating. It pushes you to give your best and reach new limits, only to do it all over again the next day. The standards are high, but they’re presented with such kindness and support from the teams, that it naturally inspires me to perform better. Who do you rely on when you face challenges and why? I rely a lot on my managers, Fanette Beoutis and Ameline de Gaulmyn. They’ve been incredibly supportive and excellent mentors, taking the time to introduce me to our beautiful Maison and answering all my questions with so much patience. Whether it’s guidance, feedback, or just a fresh perspective, knowing I can count on them gives me the confidence to push through all kinds of situations. I also lean on my fellow interns and apprentices likeMarie-Myriam Ferchichi,Alice Dugoujon and Cesar martin de la Espada. Supporting each other and sharing our experiences has helped create such a positive atmosphere. Overall, I’m grateful for all the people who surround and support me throughout this experience. Working for such an inspiring House and dealing with such precious products daily makes me want to contribute to the history of our House, the House of Dream. What amazes you the most in your work?  What I find most amazing about my work is to see the cumulative skills required to create a piece. Trying to convey the DNA of the House in each collection, while at the same time showcasing local craftsmen with exceptional knowledge, is a great opportunity, and I make the most of it every day. How does Dior help you grow on a daily basis? Being part of the House of Dior pushes me to strive for excellence in my work. Every day, I learn the importance of cherishing one's past in order to create an ambitious future. Dior pushes me to give the best of myself and to challenge myself personally and professionally. Who do you rely on when you face challenges and why?  When I'm faced with challenges or complex situations, I can rely on my manager, Julie Boyadjian, who is always on hand to give good advice. I can also count on my co-interns, Léa Bonnet and Ines Dedelot, and my colleagues, especially Solenn Roger, with whom we go running in the evenings to clear our heads! Today, I have the privilege of working as a Visual Merchandiser, a role I’ve always aspired to that blend’s creativity and precision, within the French luxury House I admire and whose values I truly share. What amazes you the most in your work? As a Visual merchandiser, what amazes me the most in my work is the incredible artistry and precision that the House brings to its window displays. Dior’s dedication to crafting beautifully detailed setups, down to the smallest elements, is a constant source of inspiration. Every detail contributes to enhancing the boutique’s atmosphere while showcasing the products, and this level of commitment is both a challenge and a daily source of inspiration, motivating me to reach the same level of excellence in my work. How does Dior help you grow on a daily basis? Dior helps me grow on a daily basis by challenging me with diverse and stimulating tasks. Every day, I take on new challenges that show me the importance of believing in myself, as anything is possible with determination and perseverance.  Who do you rely on when you face challenges and why? When I face challenges, I naturally rely on my team. I’m fortunate to work with an incredibly supportive, patient, and attentive group. They are always willing to answer my many questions and are readily available whenever I need their assistance. My mentor, Andrea Donetti, Internal Communication Manager - Visual Merchandiser Men, takes the time each day to guide me, ensuring that I understand every aspect of our work and feel confident in my role. It’s a collective aspiration across all departments to showcase the enchanting world of Dior, inviting others to experience its beauty. Additionally, Dior highlights our rich French craftsmanship, celebrating the artistry and tradition that define our creations. Ultimately, it’s an invitation to dream bigger and appreciate the extraordinary legacy we contribute to. What amazes you the most in your work? I've always been passionate about the world of Retail, in particular the vital link between our sales force and head office. As Retail Performance Manager, our role is to support our sales staff in their day-to-day work so that they can best meet customer expectations. Preparing project committees for new boutiques is one of the most interesting missions I'm lucky enough to be involved in. It allows me understand the vision and strategy of a Luxury Maison in 2024. How does Dior help you grow on a daily basis? Dior offers me a unique opportunity to engage with diverse subjects in Retail Performance and Development, shaping my professional growth. I’m involved in market research and competitive analysis, which require strong organization and rigor. My tasks include monitoring boutique activities in Europe and the Middle East, enhancing my analytical skills and understanding of market dynamics. Overall, my experience at Dior is enriching and impactful, allowing me to contribute meaningfully to the organization. Who do you rely on when you face challenges and why? I am ucky enough to work with the Development and Performance teams. My managers and colleagues are always ready to listen to me and take the time to train me. From the product itself to the website presentation and user experience, every tiny element is executed with precision. The collaborative effort between different teams to ensure perfection never ceases to inspire me. It's this unique blend of creativity and strategic thinking that makes my job so exciting. At Dior, every day brings me new challenges and opportunities to collaborate with different teams, from coordinating product uploads to understanding sales performance across various regions. These tasks sharpen my problem-solving abilities and enhance my expertise in eCommerce. Moreover, Dior fosters a culture of innovation, and I do feel empowered to contribute my ideas, knowing that my voice is both heard and valued. Who do you rely on when you face challenges and why?  When I face challenges, the people I firstly turn to are my 3 amazing managers, Jade Arbousse, Celine Nguyen, and Laura Quémard, and then my colleagues in the e-commerce team. Their wealth of experience and willingness to share knowledge is invaluable. My managers always encourage me to express my ideas and show great confidence in my abilities. This kind of trust gives me the assurance to overcome obstacles. In addition, I often seek fresh perspectives from my fellow interns. This collective effort makes overcoming challenges a shared success.
