The transformation journey where creativity and excellence meet all in the same place and where I have the incredible opportunity to learn from the best, pushing boundaries and finding my place in a world I’ve always aspired to be part of – the world of Christian Dior – a world where dreams come true through precision, passion and beauty. What amazes you the most in your work? What amazes me most about my work as an E-Merchandiser Analyst is how data can bring into light the behavior, desires and expectations of our clients. It’s a role at the intersection of data and emotion: I love how I can use performance insights to take action, while still being immersed in the world of storytelling and luxury. Being part of translating the magic of Dior into the Digital space is both a challenge and a constant inspiration. How does Dior help you grow on a daily basis? Dior helps me grow every day by challenging me to combine analytical precision with an elevated sense of brand and customer experience, to always keep in mind we are an iconic brand and every action we take has to meet that standard. I’m constantly learning how to translate numbers into meaningful actions, how to balance performance with luxury, and how to think both strategically and creatively. Who do you rely on when you face challenges and why?  What makes this growth so meaningful is the environment I work in – surrounded by passionate, talented people who truly care about excellence. I’ve been lucky to be guided by Pauline Guitton, who has shown incredible patience and support since day one, and to work alongside Shuqi Li, whose insight and dedication have been incredible tin helping me refine my approach. Being part of a team where ideas are shared openly, high standards are the norm, and mutual support is constant pushes me to stay curious and evolve both technically and personally. What amazes me the most is how deeply business-driven our work is. From implementing omnichannel and digital initiatives to analyzing boutique performance across countries and regions, every project has a measurable impact. I find it incredibly rewarding to translate data into actionable insights and contribute to strategic decisions that shape the retail experience worldwide. How does Dior help you grow on a daily basis?  Dior empowers me by giving me trust and responsibility early on. I joined the House at 19 as a Global Talent Assistant, and I now work within the Worldwide Retail Performance team. Each day is a new opportunity to collaborate across departments, and countries and better understand the Maison’s strategic vision. Who do you rely on when you face challenges and why?  I rely on my team, a group of passionate and dedicated people who bring diverse perspectives and energy to everything we do. From the atmosphere in the boutique to the smallest details, everything is designed to create a unique moment.
