From January 31 to March 27, the House of Dreams welcomes aspiring young Talents to discover career opportunities in creation, craftmanship, and client experience at Christian Dior Couture during the new edition of the You & ME Tour by Les Métiers d’Excellence LVMH spanning 5 French cities – Paris, Orléans, Clichy-Sous-Bois, Reims, and Lyon.

The You & ME Tour unites emerging Talents from diverse backgrounds to transmit, celebrate, and preserve the exceptional expertise of the LVMH Group. In Paris, over 3,000 participants had the opportunity to witness the savoir-faire of 3 couturiers from Dior’s Ateliers. Through live demonstrations, these artisans crafted bracelets to provide a hands-on experience to immerse participants into the unique savoir-faire at Dior. Participants were then invited to unleash their creativity by crafting their own bracelets under the artisans’ guidance.

Joining the Dior stand were @Chantal Gaemperle, @LVMH Group Executive Vice President of Human Resources & Synergies, Marc-Antoine Jamet, Secretary-General of LVMH, Aurore Bergé, Minister for Gender Equality, Diversity and Equal Opportunities of France, Tony Parker, Ambassador of the You & ME Tour, and Ouissem Belgacem, Spokesperson for Fondation Le Refuge, a French association dedicated to providing shelter to young adults in the fight against homophobia and transphobia.

Meanwhile, the Dior HR team shared insights into the diverse career avenues for young Talents within the House of Dreams. Participants learned more about the transmission and preservation of savoir-faire at Dior from Isabelle Faggianelli, VP of CSR, as well as heard from Alexandre Bocquel, Director of Les Métiers d’Excellence LVMH, to discover the programs of the ME Institute, the first training program in the luxury industry with a work-study format in creative, craft and client experience métiers.
