What does #DreamInDior mean for you?

#DreamInDior for me is an incredible odyssey of creativity and cultural exchange. As a Colombian, having the privilege to work at Dior in Paris is a testament to the boundless opportunities that come from pursuing one's dreams. It's about embracing the richness of both my Colombian heritage and the enchanting French culture and using this fusion to create visually captivating experiences.

What amazes you the most in your work?

What amazes me the most in my role as a Visual Merchandising Assistant is the transformative power of design. Witnessing how a thoughtfully curated visual display can completely change the way a product is perceived is truly incredible. It's the fusion of art and commerce that continually inspires and excites me.

How does Dior help you grow on a daily basis?

Dior's commitment to diversity and inclusion has been instrumental in my growth. As a Latina in Paris, every day is a lesson in cultural exchange. I learn from my colleagues and they, learn from me. This interplay of perspectives and experiences cultivates an environment of continuous learning and broadens my horizons in ways I never imagined.

Who do you rely on when you face challenges and why?

When facing challenges, I'm fortunate to have an amazing support system at Dior. My manager Damien Fouillat has been a constant pillar of guidance and mentorship, providing me with valuable insights Additionally, my dedicated team members Pauline Kawecki, Meryll Fiard and Anais de Lacoste de Laval have been incredible sources of collaboration and encouragement.

What did you learn from these challenges?

These challenges have underscored the power of diversity in problem-solving. Being a foreigner at Dior has taught me the importance of embracing different perspectives. It's in these moments that we uncover our greatest strengths. Through collaboration, we transcend obstacles and emerge stronger.

How do you or your team celebrate success & milestones?

We come together as a team to acknowledge our achievements, big or small is a moment of collective joy. Whether it's a successful product launch or the completion of a significant project it could be with a team dinner, a special acknowledgment ceremony, or even a creative display in the office.
