Meet Sarah Nadri , Junior Manager at the 127 Champs-Elysées Boutique of Christian Dior Couture, who was selected by the House to attend the One Young World Summit 2023 – a global platform for ‘the individuals responsible for shaping the future of our world.'

Sarah shares: ‘I feel honored to have been part of this movement of young leaders who seek to have a positive impact in this world. Being an ally for equity, diversity and inclusion means stepping up to play a role in the change that we and I want to have: a better world for all. On my scale, I have the responsibility to share my story and help others grow by showing them that they count. I will certainly not be able to change the world all by myself, but if I can help just one person, I will have made a positive impact.’

Finally, Sarah adds, ‘To #DreamInDior is all about stepping out of my comfort zone – every day is a new challenge. My role drives me to constantly grow both on a professional and personal level. My current #DreamInDior journey is shaping me for the future years to come since I keep on gaining self-confidence thanks to the dedicated and caring environment that the Maison offers. What motivates me the most in my everyday life at Dior is to be an inspiration to others and thus, to carry on the legacy of the Dream.’
