What does #DreamInDior mean for you?
Before joining Dior, I thought that to dream in Dior meant growing within a Maison built on heritage and timeless values. Now I realize it is much more than that. #DreamInDior is about learning how to shape the future with creativity, courage, and respect for an historic legacy; the harmony between tradition and innovation is what truly makes the dream alive.
What amazes you the most in your work?
What amazes me the most in my work is how every number tells a story. I’ve learned that data is not just about precision, it’s about understanding the why behind a result. Each figure reflects a choice, a collection’s success, or client’s emotions. Turning data into meaning allows me to see the Maison from the inside.
How does Dior help you grow on a daily basis?
Dior helps me grow by surrounding me with passionate peoples in a dynamic environment. Everyday offers new challenges and the chance to learn beyond my role, through constant collaboration and knowledge sharing. This culture encourages me to be proactive and to push my own limits.
Who do you rely on when you face challenges and why?
Learning always comes with challenges, but at Dior you are never alone to overcome them. From my first day, my team has guided me, helping me develop my own critical thinking. I am deeply grateful to my manager Yelina, and Mattia, Giulia, Malory. Their passion and kindness turn every challenge into an opportunity to learn and grow.
