Every day brings a new challenge and a fresh opportunity to push the boundaries of creativity and innovation, especially in the realms of digital innovation, communication, and learning. The collaborative spirit of working with talented individuals from diverse backgrounds, each bringing their unique perspective, continually inspires me. Witnessing a concept evolve from a mere thought into a finished masterpiece, whether it's a groundbreaking digital initiative or a memorable event, is a truly magical experience. The endless possibilities and the power to inspire others through my work at Dior is what I find most astounding.

Who do you rely on when you face challenges and why?

When I face challenges, I rely heavily on my manager, our Global Learning Manager. Her extensive experience and insightful guidance have been invaluable to my growth and development. She possesses a deep understanding of our industry and provides thoughtful, strategic advice that helps navigate complex situations. Her open-door policy and approachable nature make it easy to seek her counsel, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment. Her ability to inspire and empower her team encourages us to overcome obstacles and strive for excellence. Her mentorship not only helps me tackle challenges effectively but also motivates me to continuously improve and innovate in my role at Dior.
