What does #DreamInDior mean for you? 

#DreamInDior is like a magic spell for dreaming big and reaching for the stars. It's about believing that anything is possible if you work hard and stay determined. It's like unlocking a world of innovation and pushing the limits of what's achievable. With Dior, every challenge becomes an opportunity, and every step forward feels like a journey toward success. 

What amazes you the most in your work? 

What amazes me the most in my work is the discovery behind the curtain of Dior's universe. As an intern in the EMEA operations department, I have the privilege of working closely with international operations teams, witnessing firsthand the intricate workings of bringing Dior's excellence to lifeacross borders and cultures. Additionally, having the opportunity to visit Parisian Dior boutiques has been truly eye-opening. Seeing the magic unfold as the teams orchestrate the ambiance and service with precision and grace is both inspiring and humbling. It's like witnessing the embodiment of Dior's legacy and vision in real-time.  How does Dior help you grow on a daily basis? 

Dior provides me with invaluable opportunities for daily growth in various ways. Firstly, within the work environment, I continuously enhance my soft skills such as communication, teamwork, and adaptability. Moreover, Dior fosters an environment that encourages self-development and empowerment. Whether through training sessions, or simply the autonomy to take ownership of my responsibilities, I am constantly challenged to push my boundaries and strive for excellence. Additionally, working at Dior gives me a deeper understanding of the luxury industry, enriching both my professional expertise and my appreciation for luxury craftsmanship. Who do you rely on when you face challenges and why? 

When I encounter challenges, my go-to for support and guidance are my managers Fanette Beoutis and Ameline de Gaulmyn. I trust in their expertise and experience to provide valuable insights on how to navigate difficult situations. They serve as mentors, offering personalized advice and coaching to help me overcome obstacles and grow professionally. Their accountability and feedback ensure that I stay on track and learn from every challenge I face. With their support, I feel confident that I have the perfect people to guide me through any situation.
