What does #DreamInDior mean for you?
I have always dreamt of Dior. As a little girl passionate about fashion, especially haute couture, I used to imagine the gowns, the shows, and the dreamlike world surrounding them. “Dream in Dior” represents that childhood fascination, but also the moment it became real when I had the chance to experience it from within. From working at the show to being in the offices and witnessing the creative energy that drives everything, I felt part of the dream I had admired for so long.
What amazes you the most in your work?
What amazes me the most in my work is everything that happens behind the scenes, especially in the moments leading up to a show. There’s a unique energy that comes from seeing so many people working together with the same passion and precision. The attention to every detail, the teamwork, and the anticipation before everything comes to life on the runway truly inspire me, it’s where the magic of fashion begins.
How does Dior help you grow on a daily basis?
Dior helps me grow every day through the people I work with. My team constantly inspires me with their professionalism, patience, and attention to detail. They guide me, trust me with responsibilities, and allow me to learn through experience, even when I make mistakes. Each day is an opportunity to improve, understand more about the brand’s standards of excellence, and grow both personally and professionally.
Who do you rely on when you face challenges and why?
When I face challenges, I rely on my team, Claudia Peral (e-Influence Manager), Dawei Yang (Chargé d'e-influence), Nisrine Aoudi (Worldwide e-Influence Coordinator) and Aïssétou Dembele (Worldwide e-Influence Coordinator), the four incredible people I work with every day. Each of them brings their own expertise, perspective, and support, and together they help me navigate difficult situations. Whether it’s offering advice, sharing their experience, or simply encouraging me, they make challenges feel manageable and turn them into opportunities to learn and grow.
