What does #DreamInDior mean for you?

#DreamInDior, for me, signifies embracing a world of creativity, elegance, and self-expression. It's about transcending boundaries, daring to dream big, and believing in the power of one's aspirations. Dior, as a symbol of luxury and innovation, encourages us to dream beyond the ordinary, to imagine a life filled with beauty, and to strive for the extraordinary. #DreamInDior is an invitation to explore the limitless possibilities of our personal vision.

What amazes you the most in your work?

What amazes me the most in my work, as a part of Women@Dior and Women in Africa, is the incredible social impact we can achieve. Every day, I encounter incredibly inspiring young women who are striving to pursue their dreams and create a brighter future. This fills me with hope for the future, as I see that through our initiatives, we can genuinely contribute to empowering women and transforming their lives. The opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others is what makes my work so rewarding and inspiring.

How does Dior help you grow on a daily basis?

Dior helps me grow on a daily basis both personally and professionally. Personally, it challenges me to step out of my comfort zone, and working with an incredible team fosters personal growth through collaboration and shared experiences. Professionally, Dior provides an environment where I can continuously learn and evolve. It's a place where I can truly realize my dreams and aspire to greater heights. My work with Dior is synonymous with personal fulfillment, and I'm given the opportunity to pursue my dreams on a larger scale, which is incredibly rewarding.

Who do you rely on when you face challenges and why?

If I were to express my gratitude to a particular individual, it would be Isabelle Faggianelli. She has played a pivotal role in helping me progress daily towards my aspirations, especially in the field of impactful event management. Her guidance has provided me with a 360-degree perspective on the significance of events and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Additionally, I would like to acknowledge the invaluable support I've received from Alizee Derhouville, Eliott Meyniel, and Hasnaa Gessous, who have been essential in offering advice and guidance as I continue to grow in my journey. 

What did you learn from these challenges?

I've gained a tremendous amount from these challenges. Firstly, I've developed greater self-confidence and independence. I've also acquired a deeper understanding of what event management truly entails. It's about being proactive and always thinking a few steps ahead. But most importantly, I've learned that with diligence and organization, anything is possible.

A particularly inspiring realization from these experiences is that hard work pays off. I had the opportunity to contribute to the organization of Women in Africa, and it was incredibly rewarding to have worked diligently to showcase such brilliant and inspiring women. Being able to share this experience with others and see the positive impact it had on them was truly fulfilling. It reinforced my belief that with dedication and the right mindset, we can achieve remarkable things.

How do you or your team celebrate success & milestones?

Most of the time, we engage in open and constructive discussions, highlighting both the positives and areas where improvement is possible. We use our successes and milestones as opportunities for learning and growth, focusing on how we can do even better next time. Additionally, we often celebrate by having breakfast meetings where we revisit past events, discuss upcoming ones, and share our thoughts and ideas. These gatherings not only serve as moments of reflection but also help to build team camaraderie and motivation to strive for even greater achievements.
