What does #DreamInDior mean for you?

Ever since I could remember, I’ve always been amazed by the world of luxury. Delicate, intemporal, beautiful work of art. I wasn’t really that one person manifesting that I would one day work in what seemed like this unreachable world. I don’t feel like I was destined for it, but still here I am today looking back and feeling like one of the luckiest people alive. Being given the opportunity to delve into this magic environment that is Christian Dior Couture has awakened the child living inside of me. Everyday is an adventure, a rollercoaster of emotions! I’ve had the chance to explore Monsieur Dior’s wonderful universe, and I deeply admire his determination and passion that is still beautifully carried on by his successors. Dream in Dior is a belief, an attitude, a way of living this magical experience and I can’t wait to see what’s coming next!

What amazes you the most in your work?

I’m very lucky to be able to work closely with UNESCO, my very first employer. I feel like what we do at Dior, especially the Women@Dior & UNESCO program is a great representation of Monsieur Dior’s vision for the Maison: inspire, teach and empower women so they can come out of their shell, break the glass ceiling and let their talents and ambition shine through! As a Mentee of the program myself, I am truly grateful to be given the opportunity to contribute to this beautiful cause of women empowerment, as it is unfortunately more and more questioned nowadays.

How does Dior help you grow on a daily basis?

Being an ‘International Organization Baby,’ meaning that I had the immense chance to work for international organizations in the past only, I made my very first step into the corporate world at Dior, and what a step! Dior has helped me grow on a professional level, teaching every there is to know about luxury standards, how to evolve in an exigent environment, and how to honor such a great man’s vision and mission as Monsieur Christian Dior.

Who do you rely on when you face challenges and why? 

Everyday is a challenge. Dealing with young women can be both deeply rewarding and extremely challenging. I am lucky to be surrounded by great colleagues and mentors on a daily basis.

First my manager Sena, who reached out to me when I needed it the most and trusted me ever since to assist her on a daily basis. Then, Isabelle Faggianelli who’s been nothing but great and caring to me since I joined her team back in July. My great Women@Dior Mentor Yelena Babillotte with whom I created a one-of-a-kind connection on both a professional and a personal level.
