Meet Juliette Lerault, Junior Manager at the Harrods Homeware Boutique of Christian Dior Couture in London, who was selected by the House to attend the One Young World Summit 2023 – a global platform for ‘the individuals responsible for shaping the future of our world.'

When asked, ‘what was the highlight of your experience at the One Young World Summit?’ Juliette shares: ‘The day of the Mental Health panel was my favorite part because, as the Wellbeing Ambassador of my team, it’s a subject really close to my heart. Listening to all the inspiring speeches by speakers from all over the world taught me life lessons that I cannot wait to transmit to my team.’

Speaking on what it means for her to be an ally for diversity, equity, and inclusion, Juliette adds: ‘It means coming to a safe and secure work environment surrounded by people who both inspire and support you in all the steps of your career. It means ensuring the respect of every team member, which will only lead to increased employee engagement, growth, and success.’
