For me, #DreamInDior is about truly living my dreams at an iconic Maison that beautifully blends heritage, passion, and elegance, and reflects who I am. It’s the chance to flourish the charm I’ve always carried within me and to grow into a better version of myself every single day.
What amazes you the most in your work?
What amazes me most is being trusted to be an active part of Dior’s employer branding and CSR initiatives. I am given the opportunity to showcase my abilities, connect directly with stakeholders, and contribute ideas that make a real impact. Seeing how my work helps shape the Maison’s image and inspires others truly motivates me every day.
How does Dior help you grow on a daily basis?
Each day at Dior helps me discover hidden strengths and unlock my potential for growth and development. With the mission to deliver my best, I am constantly evolving and becoming more confident in my abilities and skills. Who do you rely on when you face challenges and why?
When I face challenges, I rely on the support and guidance of my incredible team. Sarah Charieyras, Eliott Meyniel and Hanna Gressler encourage and inspire me every day. I am also grateful to the HR team, my fellow interns, and the entire HQ team, who create such a collaborative and motivating environment. Their support reminds me that challenges are opportunities to grow, learn, and thrive together.
