As part of our ongoing commitment to inclusivity and gender equity, Christian Dior Couture is proud to announce our participation in the signing of the EllesVMH workplace gender equity charter during the recent LVMH Global HR Summit. This momentous event gathered over 350 representatives from all Maisons and regions, including HR Directors and influential leaders from over 20 different nationalities.

At the heart of the summit was the reaffirmation of LVMH’s Diversity & Inclusion commitments, symbolized by the signing of the EllesVMH workplace gender equity charter by Maison CEOs, including Delphine Arnault, President and CEO of Christian Dior Couture, and member of the LVMH Board of Directors and of the Executive Committee. This initiative underscores the House’s commitment to building respectful and equal workplace environments. With EllesVMH, LVMH encourages the professional development of women through parity, equity, and transmission.
