  Yes! Moreover, if you finish your programme with us and secure a permanent role, Fidelity has many options for internal mobility, and we encourage our employees to take on new and different opportunities.

• Kan studerende og nyuddannede arbejde hjemmefra?

  Many roles follow the ‘Dynamic Working’ policy where you are asked to attend your home office location at least 8 days per month, but some roles will have individual requirements such as Client Services roles.
