Club Med was founded in 1950 by two visionary men, Gilbert Trigano and Gérard Blitz, inspired by the belief that “The purpose of life is to be happy. The place to be happy is here. The time to be happy is now.”

Club Med offers over 400 types of jobs and career opportunities in its offices and agencies around the world. Our support teams in the offices ensure that our guests and employees enjoy the best possible experiences, whether in the offices or in the Resorts, before, during, and after their stay.
Is it possible to progress to a full-time position after an internship or apprenticeship?
Guided by mentors who are passionate about their profession, our apprentices and interns put their knowledge into practice while developing new skills. Depending on opportunities, it is entirely possible to continue the adventure with us on a fixed-term or permanent contract!
Can students and recent graduates work remotely?
Our remote work policy applies to all contracts. At Club Med, we combine efficiency with team well-being, working in offices with a Smartworking approach to get the best from both in-person collaboration and remote work (possible up to 8 days per month).
Do you have any particularly busy recruitment periods throughout the year?
Over 150 internships and apprenticeship contracts are available each year in our offices and agencies, with opportunities open year-round.
