Beginning a professional journey can be daunting. This is why we have established a structured induction program for junior hires to help them each step of the way.
We recently hosted the spring edition of our induction, an event that happens twice a year to help our junior hires acclimate and meet their peers. The induction journey offers comprehensive insights into our work culture and includes hands-on activities, informative presentations, and networking opportunities.
Beyond the induction journey, as a new joiner, your onboarding will teach you the basics of Deloitte’s business, services and industries starting on day one. You’ll be assigned a DBuddy and career coach to support you, develop your capabilities from targeted training modules, and grow through the practical learning experiences you’ll gain in the course of your everyday work.
