  • What makes your company a great place to work for young talents?

  • Is it possible to progress to a full-time position after an internship or apprenticeship?

    We put lot of effort in training our trainees. If all conditions are met at the end of their path, it is our intention to propose new opportunities to retain them.

  • Can students and recent graduates work remotely?

    EssilorLuxottica offers Smart Working to all employees including interns and it consists in 50% out of the month.

  • Do you have any particularly busy recruitment periods throughout the year?

    In France, we usually recruit for internships in November and December, and for apprenticeships from March to July. In other European geographies (e.g. Italy), we don’t have specific calendars for hiring early talents.

  • Do you have a graduate program?

    We have the Operations Talents Program, a two-year program for STEM and Economics talents willing to develop technical and managerial skills within global Operations in Italy and France.
