Gender equality index

French Law 2018-771 of 5 September 2018, supplemented by Decree 2019-15 of 8 January 2019, requires companies to measure gender equality by publishing an index in the form of a score out of 100.

This index is made up of the following indicators:

  • gender pay gap
  • the difference in pay rises given to men and women
  • the difference in promotions given to men and women
  • the number of women given a pay rise after maternity leave
  • parity among the 10 highest salaries

In 2022, JobTeaser achieved a score of 95 out of 100.
