French law n°2018-771 dated September 5, 2018 completed by Decree n°2019-15 dated January 8, 2019 obliges companies to publish an index that assesses gender equality, such index being a score out of 100.
This index is calculated on the basis of five indicators being:
- gender pay gap
- pay rises distribution between men and women
- promotions distribution between men and women
- number of women benefiting from a pay rise after a maternity leave
- gender equality among the 10 highest salaries in the company.
For 2019, JobTeaser has a score of 84 points out of 100.
